After registering and prior to being accepted into the tournament, out-of-town teams will be required to block their rooms through our hotel partners provided links and contact info below.

Hotel staff (their Front Desk/Reservationists/etc) do not have access to these rates and links if you contact them directly.

Team Bookings:  Team specific links can be available with Blackcomb Springs and Hilton when set up by a Team Manager through the contact info listed below.
 

*Games could start as early as 7:00am on the 1st day of each birthyear division.*  Please plan accordingly by booking the night before.  Several divisions are already full.

5. Select desired room and click on “Rates” to proceed.
